Coldplay: X&Y
if you haven’t heard this album yet, check it out. if you like coldplay you might just as well buy it – no questions asked. this album rocks! i liked the other coldplay albums a lot, but this one takes the cake; it’s easily my favorite of all of them! my favorite song: fix you.

Water Diet: Day 17 – Competition Resumes
day 17 went pretty well. i find it incredibly easy to drink this water now. there’s no problem doing it whatsoever over an 8-hour period. in fact, i find myself drinking more than 4 liters within that time.

Visuals in My Blogs
justin has been using quite a few pictures in his posts, as have megan and kyle. the jew has also been using them for quite some time. i really like reading their blogs and i enjoy the relative visuals. should i start including visuals? i think i may in the future!
